A pair of stands that shift push-ups into a deeper, more neutral wrist position.
Each bar is built on a heavy-gauge steel frame with a foam-covered grip and non-slip end caps that hold their place on hardwood, tile, or a mat. Raising the hands off the floor increases the range of motion at the chest and shoulders and takes the wrist out of full extension, which is the main reason lifters reach for stands over a flat-palm push-up.
The frame is compact enough to store in a drawer or a gym bag corner, and the two bars set up in seconds with no assembly. They're built for push-up variations first, with enough grip width to also support planks and mountain climbers.

Not over the heart, the front of the neck, the head, or on broken or irritated skin.

How do I care for it?
Wipe the unit with a soft, dry cloth after use and store it away from direct heat. Do not submerge the unit or the pads in water.
