This set pairs 5 color-coded latex resistance bands with fabric-wrapped handles, a door anchor, and ankle straps, so a single kit covers upper body, lower body, and core work. The bands stack onto the same handles, letting resistance increase without buying a second set. Fabric-wrapped grips stay comfortable through longer sets, and the nylon door anchor and ankle straps open up rows, presses, kickbacks, and lateral work that a single flat band cannot do alone.
