A 6mm TPE mat with grip on both sides, so the mat holds its position whether it's flipped for a different texture or a different floor.
This mat is made from TPE (thermoplastic elastomer), a latex-free material that stays lighter than PVC mats of the same thickness. At 6mm, it cushions knees and elbows during floor work while still folding down small enough to carry. Both faces carry a non-slip texture, so the mat can be flipped for a different grip feel without losing traction on hardwood, tile, or carpet.
At 68 by 24 inches and 3 pounds, the mat fits a full range of motion for most adult heights while staying light enough to carry one-handed. It rolls up with the included carry strap for storage in a closet or gym bag between sessions.
